Welcome to Mindsip! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mindsip mobile application ("App") and any services provided within the App (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
Mindsip provides summarized insights derived from original podcasts for educational, review, and analysis purposes. These summaries are highly transformative and capture the underlying ideas of the content, not the original podcast itself.
Mindsip does not replace original podcast content.
Mindsip provides links to full episodes with proper attribution to the original source.
Metadata (such as titles, thumbnails) is only used for identification purposes.
Mindsip does not store or republish full podcast content, nor does it download or cache full YouTube or Spotify content.
Mindsip includes convenient links to the full episode on platforms like YouTube or Spotify, and always encourages users to experience the full content on those platforms.
2. Third-Party Platforms
Mindsip integrates with YouTube and Spotify to help users easily find and access full podcast episodes.
Mindsip uses YouTube video titles and thumbnails directly from YouTube to help identify the content.
Mindsip includes the YouTube logo or link where relevant and does not host or cache full YouTube videos.
Mindsip links to Spotify podcast episodes and always redirects users to the Spotify app or web player for full listening.
When you interact with these platforms through Mindsip, you are also subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Spotify’s Terms of Service.

3. Subscription and Payment
Mindsip offers features and summaries through a Premium Service, available as a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription.
Subscriptions can be purchased directly within the App or through third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
If purchased through a third party, their terms and conditions will also apply.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Payments are automatically processed through your selected payment method, including applicable taxes and fees.
You can cancel your subscription within the App, or via the Apple App Store/Google Play Store if purchased through those platforms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Mindsip only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse Mindsip summaries outside the App for commercial use.
You may not misrepresent Mindsip summaries as your own work or attempt to resell them.
5. No Liability for Podcast Content
Mindsip does not create, own, or control the original podcast content. Mindsip is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content linked or summarized in the App. Subscription fees cover the summarization service, not any license to the original content.
6. Third-Party Sites & Content
Mindsip may display or link to content from third-party sites (e.g., podcasts on YouTube or Spotify). Mindsip is not responsible for the availability or content of these Third-Party Sites.
7. Termination & Suspension
Mindsip may pause, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, including if:
You violate these Terms.
You fail to pay subscription fees.
We choose to discontinue the Service.
You may also terminate your use of the Service by canceling your subscription and deleting the App.
8. Intellectual Property & Rights
All Mindsip summaries, designs, and features are owned by Mindsip.
Mindsip respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from users.
In case of any copyright or intellectual property claims related to third-party content, Mindsip will follow applicable law and platform policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Mindsip makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of summaries.
Mindsip is not responsible for technical issues, third-party content changes, or platform unavailability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindsip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Use of or inability to use the Service.
Reliance on Mindsip summaries.
Issues related to third-party content or platforms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindsip from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:
Your misuse of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Any infringement or misuse of third-party rights resulting from your actions within or outside Mindsip.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, at the registered place of Mindsip.
13. Changes to Terms
Mindsip reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes within the App. Continuing to use the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
